(1) Vendor needs to provide restaurants, catering, delivery and mobile food services to the government authority located in b St. Pearland, TX.– Product provided shall be delivered in sealed food quality containers. Containers shall be of a quality that will not leak under normal handling. Food shall be securely packaged to prevent contamination and leakage.– Individual packaging and labelling shall be provided when requested. Food and beverage shall be protected in transit using insulated food transport containers approved by agency.– All menu products shall be freshly prepared and served. – No deliveries of goods or services is allowed for delivery to a residential address at any time– NO alcoholic beverages are to be offered or served as part of this proposal.– Orders shall be delivered within the agreed delivery window, complete, accurately prepared, and at proper serving temperatures.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 4, 2026.
