(1) Vendor needs to provide security protection services to the government authority located in Nashville, TN. – Unarmed Security protection services for agency properties throughout the State.– Security protection officer (SPO)shall at all times protect life, safety and property.– SPO shall always be in uniform attire.– SPO shall walk perimeter of buildings at beginning and end of shifts, and if deemed necessary for surveillance at least once per hour.– SPO shall use professional language and engage in professional behaviour in the presence of youth.– SPOs shall station themselves in separate areas when there are multiple SPOs on duty at the same location.– SPO shall contact law enforcement for assistance in situations of elevated threat or suspected illegal activity.– SPO shall not utilize video or audio recording devices while on duty.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than september 18, 2026.
