DRA-11516 - USA (Seattle, Washington) - Employee Engagement Survey Service - Deadline October 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide employee engagement survey service to the government authority located in Seattle, WA. – Design and administer employee engagement surveys for approximately 2,600 agency employees. – Perform key driver predictive/prescriptive data analysis and provide interpretation and recommendations. – Identify and utilize tools for periodically checking in with the employee population, around engagement–related actions and initiatives. • Survey planning and development:– Review survey content, develop survey purpose and objectives, understand data requirements for survey administration and reporting– Establish the timeline and key milestones for the survey.– Consider and align all elements of the survey planning, design, and communications with other events and initiatives occurring across the organization.• Communication / administration:– Provide customized communication templates to support communication to leadership and employees during the entire survey process, including introduction of the survey, reminders during survey administration, and communicating results and implications.• Reporting:– Analyze the results and provide them for eligible managers to review their own results. – Develop a means for results to be printed by each receiving manager.• Lessons learned and process improvement:– Employee engagement survey: Lead lessons learned and process improvement discussions to assess areas of strength and opportunities for improvement. • Contract administration: Follow previously listed timing and cadence to re–administer surveys, to determine progress made and areas for continued improvement.• Contract closeout: Create a final report and process for transferring information that includes, all reports and communication templates from consultant to the agency so that the agency has a complete record of work completed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
