(1) Vendor needs to provide modern and cloud–native authorized enterprise data platform.• Provide a modern, cloud–native, Moderate (or higher) authorized enterprise data platform and the professional services necessary to design, validate, implement, operate, and transition that platform.• provide an integrated set of capabilities supporting enterprise data ingestion, integration, transformation, storage, modeling, governance, metadata management, data quality, semantic modeling, analytics, geospatial processing, artificial intelligence enablement, and operational monitoring.• Metadata is ingested into Collibra automatically via Collibra’s metadata connectors. No complete enterprise business glossary or data dictionary exists.• Data quality management is reactive. There is no enterprise data quality tooling, rule set, scorecard, or root cause analysis process. Issues are typically discovered when an anomaly is observed.• Master data management is not implemented. A prior implementation attempt using Microsoft Master Data Services was not operationalized.• Platform–specific skills are increasingly scarce, complicating hiring, retention, and support scaling.• ETL scheduling is time–triggered rather than dependency–driven. A single record–level error causes the entire job to fail. Job failures are reviewed manually during business hours and re–run from the beginning.
