HR-9307 - USA (Irwindale, California) - Executive Recruitment Services for the Position Of City Manager - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide executive recruitment services for the position of city manager to the government authority located in Irwindale, CA.– Perform services including, but not limited to, the following:– Meet with the City Council and designated City staff to review the position, organizational needs, current priorities and challenges, and the desired experience, leadership characteristics management style, skills, and qualifications of the ideal candidate.– Develop and finalize a professional candidate profile and recruitment brochure, subject to City approval, that effectively communicates the City of Irwindale opportunity and the characteristics sought in the next City Manager.– Develop and manage a detailed recruitment schedule identifying key milestones, deliverables, Council involvement, and anticipated completion dates.– Develop and implement an appropriate advertising and outreach strategy using professional associations, publications, online resources, and other appropriate channels.– Receive and review application materials; conduct preliminary screening and interviews; evaluate candidate qualifications and organizational fit; and recommend the most qualified candidates for City Council consideration.– Provide periodic written progress reports to the city and be available for meetings with the city council and designated staff, in person or virtually as appropriate.– Provide the City Council with written candidate information and assist in identifying candidates to advance in the selection process.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.
