CONS-24661 - USA (El Paso, Colorado) - Dam Construction Upgrade Service - Deadline December 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide dam construction upgrade service to the government authority located in El Paso, CO.• Design Phase: Project planning, site investigation, review of studies, reports, analyses, regulatory requirements, and development of 30%, 60%, 90%, and 100% Design, progressing to Issue for Construction (IFC) Submittal, including development of Basis of Design Report (BODR), cost estimating, permitting coordination, CMGC coordination, early procurement support , CMGC proposal review, and CMGC price proposal review.• Project Kickoff Meeting: Organize and facilitate a project kickoff meeting with appropriate Utilities and Engineer representatives to review project goals, objectives, and requirements and establish roles and responsibilities for each project component(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 23, 2026.
