Robo Bids: Due to the complexity and specific nature of the services requested, we require that all bids be submitted manually by an authorized vendor representative, including the necessary documentation, pricing, and terms. Bids submitted through automated systems without a tailored manual response will not be accepted. All vendors must ensure that their proposals accurately reflect a full understanding of the RFP requirements. The applicant is seeking bids for four school sites to upgrade their Wireless Access Points. There may be a need to add cabling; the service provider may need to install in hard-to-reach areas; the bulk of the installation will be done by the applicant.
