(1) Vendor needs to provide actuarial services for workers compensation and water studies to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO. – The purpose of the actuarial• Is to determine the feasibility for the agency to increase the self–insured retention on the workers compensation program, the self–insured retention on liability program and self–insure the water backup program.• Provide loss reserve studies on an annual basis for workers compensation, general/auto liability and water backup liability.• Provide analysis for compliance with Governmental Accounting Standards Board statement numbers 10 and 30 for public sector self–insured.• Provide analysis of the adequacy of reserves for the self–insurance funds. Provide an annual projection of future costs for workers compensation, general and auto liability and water backup liability.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
