(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager and general contractor services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.• Construct a new DPR demonstration facility (approximately 155ft x 65ft).1. Site preparation2. Installation and commissioning of the agency testing equipment, and integration with the existing demonstration facility3. New utility connections (water, sewer, power, communication)4. Upgrade of existing SCADA, IT, and electrical systems5. New agency building dedicated to the DPR testing equipment6. Relocation of process aeration piping and membrane scour aeration piping for the existing membrane bioreactor process7. Addition of monorails and hoists for the Return Activated Sludge and drain pumps for the existing IPR facility8. Removal of the IPR compressed air system after9. Fabrication and installation of a new agency building for agency treatment equipment10. Upgrade and integration of existing and new of plant SCADA system11. Replacement of IPR reverse osmosis (RO) system12. Addition of feed pump or flow control valve for the IPR ultraviolet/advanced oxidation process (UV/AOP) system13. Tie–in connections to the existing demonstration facility(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 30, 2026.
