ESTATE-12007 - USA (Knightdale, North Carolina) - Right of Way (ROW) Agent Service - Deadline September 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide Right of Way (ROW) agent service to the government authority located in Knightdale, NC. – The first project under this on–call contract will be right–of–way acquisition for the First and Smithfield Sidewalk project. Other projects in future years may include greenway, sidewalk, bicycle, and roadway construction projects.– The following is a list of services that may be administered under the on–call right–of–way contract:1. Right–of–Way project management2. Planning–level Right–of–Way estimates3. Title and ownership research4. Appraisals and waiver valuations5. Appraisal review6. Right–of–Way / Property negotiations and acquisition7. Preparation of conveyance documents (deeds easements, plats, and legal descriptions)8. Boundary, right–of–way, and easement surveying9. Utility coordination10. Administration and closing services11. Eminent domain and condemnation support12. Right–of–Way certification and documentation(2) The contract period will be for five years.
