(1) Vendor needs to provide state government relations consultant services.– Provide state legislative affairs, government relations, policy analysis, and strategic advisory services per.– Legislative agenda, monitor and analyse legislative activity, provide strategic advice, strengthen relationships with elected officials and partner organizations, identify risks and opportunities, and support advocacy efforts and policy development.– The selected contractor will assist the county in advancing legislative priorities, monitoring legislative activity, supporting stakeholder engagement, and providing strategic guidance related to state governmental affairs.– Legislative monitoring and tracking– Legislative strategy and advocacy support– Stakeholder engagement– Legislative relationship management and coordination with county leadership– Track bills, amendments, budget proposals, and regulatory actions.– Evaluate operational, fiscal, and strategic impacts.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
