DRA-11198 - USA (Richmond, Virginia) - Polychlorinated Biphenyls Analysis Services - Deadline August 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide polychlorinated biphenyls analysis services to the government authority located in Richmond, VA.• Includes the processing (including consideration of homogenizing tissue samples), extraction, analysis and reporting of each aqueous soil, sediment or tissue sample.• Using gas chromatography/low resolution mass spectrometry, utilizing an appropriate intermediary method between high resolution and Arcelor methods, whereby Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCB) are reported as Homologs.• Low–Level PCB Analysis: Analysis performed using EPA Method and the reporting of individual PCB congeners. • Alternative PCB analysis methods, analogous to EPA Method may be used, provided that the Offeror demonstrates that the method achieves comparable low–level detection.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 11, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for Two years.
