Vendor needs to provide level 1 convective warming system   to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA. • Must come with a hose–end temperature control to continuously measure air temperature before reaching the patient. • Must come with safety circuit providing an independent means to discontinue power to the heater.• Must be able to draw ambient–temperature air through a High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filter.• Must come equipped with 3 outlet temperature settings, to provide flexibility in patient treatment: 37°C, 40°C, and 43°C.• Must come with 4th temperature setting of ambient temperature air.
