Det skal utbygges nytt kontorbygg for Molde kirkelige fellesråd. Kontorbygget er planlagt basert på moduler.Bygget er på 215 m² BTA / 191 m² BRA, én etasje og teknisk loft. Planløsning med ti kontorer, møte-/spiserom, kjøkken, sanitærrom, garderober, renholdsrom og nødvendige gangarealer. Arkitektutkastet viser L-form med inngangsparti mellom fløyene og åtte moduler som utgangspunkt. Byggherren gjennomfører forberedelser av tomten, grunnarbeider, fundamenter/ ringmur og utvendig VA.Kontrakten er basert på totalentreprise.
