(1) Vendor needs to provide gala event space and catering services to the government authority located in New York.– Perform event hosting, catering, audio/visual support, and venue setup/teardown services.– Provide event space, catering, cash bar, and audio/visual services with technical support.– The venue shall accommodate a minimum of 300 seated/mingling guests comfortably without violating local fire marshal or occupancy codes.– All food costs, non–alcoholic beverages, service staff, chafing dishes, plates, flatware, and napkins shall be included in the firm–fixed contract price.– Providing clear sound coverage across the entire room, including at least two (2) wireless handheld microphones with stands for remarks, toasts, and awards.– Digital projection screens or large–format HD video monitors viewable across the main seating area.– Provide on–site or adjacent paved, well–lit parking accommodating 100 to 200 vehicles at no additional cost to attendees.
