Description
The proposed project, hereinafter referred to as the “Project” consists of a qualified firm to furnish, deliver, install, and complete a new modular medical clinic building approximately 3,100–3,500 square feet in size at the Mossy Head area site. Special Requirements: The Contractor selected for award of this bid must be an insured, licensed General Contractor in accordance with Walton County Ordinance 2009-01, and must obtain a Walton County Building Permit subject to the requirements of Walton County Ordinance 2005-29 , as amended by 2007-91 and 2025-17 . Location : Parcel ID Number 22-3N-21-37000-012-0010 on the north side of U.S, Highway 90 close to address 37 Frank Maska Drive, Walton County, FL. Contract Time: The contract duration is Contract Duration in Days days to substantial completion with an additional Number of Days until Punch List Completion days for punch list completion.
