(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA.– All trash receptacles to be emptied and trash removed to a collection point. (liners to be furnished by client).– Vacuum all carpeting in traffic lanes.– Clean and polish drinking fountain or water dispenser.– Thoroughly dust all horizontal surfaces: files, window sills, chairs, tables, pictures and all manner of furnishing in above named areas.– Remove dust from corners, crevices, mouldings, and ledges.  dust ledges, sills and flat surfaces to six feet high. (including light switches, face plates, handles and push plates).– Dust mop hard surface floors with a non–treated dust mop.– Damp mop hard surface floors to remove any spillage or soiled areas.– Damp wipe entrance metal and finger marks on entrance glass.– Spot clean partition glass.
