The Village of Oak Brook is soliciting proposals from independent Certified Public Accountants licensed in the State of Illinois to provide Project Title . Responses are to be submitted via the Village’s eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/oak-brook at or before Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Proposals received after this time and date will not be accepted. Firms intending to respond to this opportunity must create a FREE account with OpenGov by signing up at https://procurement.opengov.com/signup . This step is necessary to establish a communication link with the Village. No proposals shall be withdrawn after submission of proposals without the consent of the Village of Oak Brook for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled time of opening bids. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive technical or legal deficiencies, to proceed or not to proceed with any subsequent proposal process, or to negotiate, without further process, and to make an award that, in its judgment, is the best and most favorable to the interests of the Village and the public.
