The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide 'Types of Services . Specifications are based on a Toyota Three Wheel Electric forklift, Model; 8FBE18U. This model forklift has been found to meet the needs of the work environment for which it is being purchased. Other makes and models will be considered, if within the specifications provided on attachment.
