(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural design services to the government authority located in Seattle, WA.– Alterations of existing facilities, including decarbonization, sustainability, accessibility improvements, and asset preservation– Structural design, including structural grid and rigging– Electrical, including lighting and low–voltage design, including building controls and access controls– Plumbing, including fire protection systems– Review existing information, including drawings and studies.– Create schematic design option for Seattle Center stakeholder presentation and feedback.– Prepare preferred schematic design drawings incorporating comments and feedback.– Create draft ADA Compliance Plan.(2) A non–mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 26, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026.
