(1) Vendor needs to provide locating and marking underground facilities service to the government authority located in Laurel, MD. – Provide trained field locators capable of locating and marking underground water and sewer facilities.– The Contractor must review all available records before performing locating activities.– Maintain a ticket management system.– Ticket management system.– Photo documentation requirements.– Provide a 24–hour customer service call center.– Provide emergency response services.– Maintain reporting and records management systems.– After our emergency ticket.– Field locating services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 09, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on September 04, 2026.
