(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation planning and traffic engineering support services to the government authority located in Sammamish, WA.– Provide transportation planning and technical support for updates to the City’s Transportation Master Plan (TMP), subarea plans, and other City planning initiatives.– Support the development and evaluation of transportation policies, programs, and implementation strategies.– Assist with drafting and updating municipal code provisions, development regulations, engineering standards, design guidance, and transportation related procedures.– Develop practical recommendations that reflect best practices and regional alignment, transportation priorities, available resources, and implementation constraints.– Support the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and programming of transportation projects for inclusion in the City’s capital planning process.– Conduct planning–level modelling and analytical exercises for specific scenarios, alternatives, projects, or proposals identified by the city.– Develop, review, and document the assumptions, methodologies, datasets, background information, and limitations applicable to each scenario–specific analysis.– Conduct collision analyses, systemic safety analyses, speed studies, pedestrian and bicycle studies, intersection and corridor safety assessments, road safety audits, and othersafety focused evaluations.– Recommend appropriate safety countermeasures based on documented conditions, applicable standards and guidance, anticipated effectiveness, feasibility, cost, and implementation timeframe.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 02, 2026.
