(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based motor pool management solution. – Provide a web–based, automated reservation control solution that dispatches state motor pool vehicles using keyless entry and key kiosk/box.– The motor pool module should allow users to quickly and effortlessly reserve vehicles 24 hours a day via the Internet. – The solution should provide key performance indicators (KPIs) that track real time metrics such as cost per trip, cost per mile, driver activity, etc.– The solution should use real–time telematics integrating regarding idle time, fuel usage, tank levels, tire levels, diagnostics, etc. and incorporate data into related dashboards.– The solution should utilize real–time telematic integration of multiple data streams, such as odometer, GPS, fuel, diagnostics, etc. – Automatically update motor pool dashboards to push motor pool data and metrics to a graphical display thereby relieving Fleet Management staff from having to manually mine the data.– Dashboards should support customizable visual data formatting for various charts.– The automated motor pool shall consist of cloud–based (Internet) software.– The module must have utilization reports to assist in right–sizing the motor pools.– This solution will automate the process of checking–in and checking–out vehicles. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
