(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated launch capability capability solution.– Provide rapid demonstrations of mobile launch platforms capable of deploying and launching short to long range target missile systems from multiple locations worldwide will be considered.– Design, prototyping, and test demonstration of a Mobile Integrated Launch Capability (MILC) to augment legacy target system launch mechanisms in support of testing the Missile Defense System.– Launch services to increase and augment traditional launch methods capable of operating from any location worldwide at a considerably decreased cost that is also capable of increasing launch cadence.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
