FIRE-1794 - USA (Dallas, Texas) - Fire Alarm Control Panel Inspection, Testing, Repair and Replacement Services - Deadline August 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fire alarm control panel inspection, testing, repair and replacement services to the government authority located in Dallas, TX.• Provide on–call support services for fire alarm control panel systems and associated devices.• Perform scheduled inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance in accordance with applicable codes and manufacturer requirements.• Provide troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair services to restore systems to full operational condition.• Provide replacement of defective components including but not limited to panels, power supplies, batteries, modules, relays, detectors, and notification appliances.• Coordinate with staff and monitoring service providers prior to testing to avoid false dispatches.• Test initiating devices (smoke detectors, heat detectors, duct detectors, pull stations, water flow switches, tamper switches, etc.).• Test notification appliances (horns, strobes, speakers, annunciators).• Test fire alarm control panel operation including system trouble, supervisory, and alarm conditions.• Clean smoke detectors and fire alarm panel components where applicable.• Inspect wiring terminations for corrosion, looseness, or damage.• Inspect and test panel power supplies and surge protection devices.• Verify proper labelling of circuits and devices.• Repair defective system components including replacement of failed modules, relays, and control boards.• Replace damaged initiating devices and notification appliances as required.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
