EXTRA-72503 - USA (Maryville, Tennessee) - Visual Stream Assessment Service - Deadline August 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide visual stream assessment service to the government authority located in Maryville, TN. – A visual stream assessment is a required component of the TMDL– The Stream Corridor Assessment Survey (SCA) survey is designed to provide a method which can be used to both rapidly assess the general physical condition of a stream system and identify the location of a variety of common environmental problems within the stream’s corridors.– The successful contractor will be required to perform non–analytical monitoring for each 303(d) listed stream segments within Blount County’s jurisdictional boundaries.  – The overall goal of the monitoring and mapping plan is to adequately assess the progress of the permit requirements so that all impaired waters can potentially be rehabilitated and offer future generations all possible uses.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
