(1) Vendor needs to provide bookstore services to the government authority located in River Grove, IL. – Provide a comprehensive range of bookstore services to support students, faculty, staff, and the college community.– Responsible for all aspects of bookstore operations, including obtaining and providing required and recommended physical and electronic course materials, textbooks, access codes, course supplies, and other materials needed to support academic programs.– Bookstore will also provide commonly associated products and services, including school supplies, technology and related accessories.– Branded apparel and merchandise, spirit wear, gifts, and other standard bookstore products.– Provides convenient and cost–effective options for students while supporting the academic needs of the college.– Responsible for the day–to–day management and operation of the bookstore, including staffing, purchasing, inventory management, merchandising, sales, customer service, fulfillment of online orders, and maintaining the bookstore’s physical and electronic presence.(2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) Pre–bid mandatory meeting will be held on November 16, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 24, 2026.
