NET-17454 - USA (Columbia, South Carolina) - E-Rate Internet Services - Deadline November 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide E–rate internet services to the government authority located in Columbia, SC.• Device health monitoring (interface errors, CPU and memory utilization, etc.).• Troubleshooting hardware issues (errors on interfaces, CRC, Collisions, etc.).• Responding to alarms from the network management systems.• Bandwidth utilization, latency, up/down.• Simple network messaging protocol (SNMP) monitoring and reporting tool.• Trending and historical reporting of monitored devices.• Configuration management and backup of configuration files in router.• Customer web–based access to management tools and reports.• Internet health and connectivity with monitoring and support.• Troubleshooting with broadband vendors to resolve Internet outages.• Scheduled maintenance including patches and minor updates.• Quality of service performance related issues trouble shooting support.• Functional changes including access control lists, network address translations, static route changes, etc.• Syslog database management.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on October 27, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for five years.
