(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic legal research services to the government authority located in Colorado Springs, CO. – Provide flexible, cost–effective access to comprehensive materials.– The access must include the ability for users to search, view, email, link to, and print the full text of all documents.– The access must be through the internet and the agency’s website from which users conduct research must be compatible with the three major web browsers: Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and Chrome.– Provide access to a comprehensive set of primary and secondary legal materials from agency.• Deliver a service that is accessible and fully functional using any modern computer running Windows using Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Chrome.• Search capabilities: allow users flexibility in searching for documents and the ability to be either specific or general in specifying search criteria, depending on the needs of the user.• Retrieval and forms of documents: – Retrieve documents either from search results or by citation– Create a link from any electronic document that the user produces to a source/document in the service– Easily and quickly print or download all or a portion of retrieved documents• Training and support: Conduct, at no additional cost, training to agency personnel before the start of the contract period.• Single Sign On (SSO).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
