(1) Vendor needs to provide printing of ballots and other election materials service for approximately 209,898 copies to the government authority located in Syracuse, NY. – All printing, except Optical Scan ballots for emergency ballots and blank ballot stock for election day ballot printing on–demand, shall be delivered to the Board of Elections within seven calendar days after copy is furnished.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.(3) The contract period will be one year.
