Vendor needs to provide field trips and athletic events bus transportation services to the government authority located in Leominster, MA. – Bidders will submit pricing for field trips, athletic events and other extracurricular trips.– For comparison, bids will be based upon a typical trip with an average distance of 30 miles (60 miles round trip) and a two (2) hour waiting time.– Actual trip distance and wait times will vary by event/trip. All such service will be based upon a cost–per–mile plus a cost–per–hour for waiting time.– Actual trip mileage for billing will be based upon mileage information provided by the Google Maps website for the fastest route available (not the shortest route) to and from the destination.
