(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based homeless data integration system.– Provide Homeless Data Integration System (HDIS) maintenance and operations.– Homeless Data Integration System (HDIS) supports mission by collecting and aggregating Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) data from programs across the state into a single, comprehensive reporting platform.– HDIS provides an unduplicated count of people accessing homelessness services and enables the State to analyze service utilization patterns and understand the characteristics of individuals experiencing homelessness.– HDIS Platform Management and Managed IT.– Informatica IDMC (Intelligent Data Management Cloud).– Informatica MDM (on–prem).– Snowflake Data Platform.– Tableau Cloud.– HDIS Data Management.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
