(1) Vendor needs to provide fiber optic installation services to the government authority located in Gresham, OR.• Install fiber optic cable along designated pathways. • Install and secure fan–out kits. • Provide a minimum 15–foot service loop at both ends of each cable. • Terminate designated fiber strands using connectors at both ends of each cable. • Test all terminated fiber strands. Perform optical power meter and testing on all strands. • Provide electronic test results upon project completion. • Label all fiber strands and terminations in accordance with industry standards. (2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 29, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
