(1) Vendor needs to provide IT consultant services to the government authority located in Pomona, NY. – A comprehensive assessment of the current system, workflows, and technical architecture, and to provide a set of actionable recommendations regarding.– Continue to optimize the existing environment.– Re–architect within the current platform with or without the legal status overlay and box, orpursue a replacement solution.– Evaluate the current–state system architecture, including salesforce configuration, the legal status overlay application and the box document management and file storage.– Assessment of salesforce platform utilization, scalability, and technical debt. – Assess business processes and workflow alignment with system capabilities.– Identify functional, technical, operational, and compliance gaps.– Determine the sustainability, scalability, and maintainability of the current solution.– Develop and evaluate alternative solution options.– Current–state discovery and system inventory.– Business process and workflow analysis.– Technical architecture assessment.– Overlay application evaluation.– Data migration and continuity assessment.– Security, compliance, and governance review.(2) A virtual pre–bid meeting will be held on August 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.   (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
