(1) Vendor needs to provide digital signage services.• Services shall include content management and programming hardware and software for the interior displays.• Be web/cloud–based, and allow for use of standard formats in programming of content for all interior and exterior displays installed. Proprietary content–management systems are acceptable only if they allow the import and use of standard file formats for text, graphics, sound and video, such as PDF, JPG, GIF, BMP. MOV, MP3, MP4, TXT and DOC.• Allow for each display to be remotely and independently programmable, with remote view of actual display, and shall allow for multiple displays to be linked to the same program. Trust staff shall be able to directly control and reprogram these linked groups at will.• Allow for version control of content and programmable security access content editor.• Allow for displays to run programmed content in the event of network interruption or failure, with the understanding that content updates would not be possible during such an interruption or failure.• Include a content library with configurable naming conventions and groupings.• Allow for content to be displayed in portrait or landscape orientation.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on August 04, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 06, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
