(1) Vendor needs to provide corridor intelligent transportation system deployment project services to the government authority located in South Pasadena, CA.– Work in general, to be performed pursuant to these specifications, consists of constructing traffic safety improvements and installing traffic signal upgrades at various intersections– Traffic safety improvements include construction of modification of existing bulb outs, median modifications, landscaping and irrigation, construction of curb ramps, construction of a cul–de–sac closing an existing road, and replacing and overlaying asphalt concrete pavement, furnishing and installing pavement markers, markings, traffic signs, and traffic striping.– Project will also include the installation or modification of various traffic signal systems items, including replacement of existing traffic signal poles and foundations, new rectangular rapid flashing beacon (RRFB) systems, Bluetooth–based vehicle tracking road side units, ethernet switches, fiber hub switches, ethernet modules, advanced dilemma video detection, 2070 controller, CCTV traffic monitoring systems, as well as SMFO cable, conduit, detectors, system integration, splice vaults, and fiber patch panels, traffic signing, thermoplastic striping and pavement markings; traffic control and all appurtenant work thereto necessary for the proper construction of the contemplated improvements(2) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on October 14, 2026.(3) Mandatory pre–bid site visit October 19, 2026.(4) All questions must be submitted no later than October 20, 2026.
