(1) Vendor needs to provide media lab subscription services.– Provided are Media lab subscription services for laboratory compliance.– Provide up to date compliance courses to cover essential safety and training requirements for medical professionals.– Contractor must provide an automated centralized platform for document approvals, workflows, edits and audits to enhance the laboratory’s inspection readiness and compliance training.– The following software services requested are:– Compliance and CE: 2 sites, 550 users.– SCORM (sharable content object reference model) import or 550 users.– Document control or 2 sites or 550 users.– IQE CLIA (individual quality evaluation or clinical laboratory improvement amendments) licenses or 1 site or 100 forms.– Personnel documentation or 2 sites or 550 users.– Compass: 1 site or 550 users.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21 ,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
