(1) Vendor needs to provide leadership training services to the government authority located in Pittsburgh, PA.– Enhance participants’ ability to make sound decisions under pressure by analysing historical leaders’ actions.– Improve communication, alignment, and team cohesion through facilitated discussion of command relationships and coordination during the battle.– Strengthen strategic thinking by connecting battlefield case studies to modern organizational challenges and mission execution.– Program Design and Curriculum Development: – Develop a customized curriculum that incorporates a three‑phase staff‑ride methodology (preliminary study, field study, and integration) or equivalent structure appropriate for leadership development.– Preliminary Study Phase: – Conduct a virtual or in‑person orientation session to review program goals, logistics, and safety requirements– Integration and Application Phase: – Provide a brief summary report to the Government outlining program content, participant feedback, and recommended follow‑up activities.
