Vendor needs to provide streaming media hosting, management, and distribution solution.– Streaming media platform that provides hosting, management, and distribution of media.– Provide a media streaming platform that quickly and effectively distributes and manages the Federal Judiciary’s extensive media library for internal and public viewing. The platform shall host and make available for on–demand streaming recorded audio and video.– Platform shall host and provide on–demand web streaming of recorded audio and video media.– Platform shall be accessible to users and monitored 24/7/365 for any system failures, disruptions, or other functional problems.– Platform shall support adaptive streaming.– Platform shall collect end user (viewer) analytics and have the ability to generate reports.– Maintain active communication with Judiciary to include status of trouble calls.– Responsible for migrating media and accompanying metadata from the incumbent contract holder’s media hosting platform to their own platform.
