(1) Vendor needs to provide solid waste consulting services to the government authority located in Cupertino, CA.– Solid waste consulting services to meet industry standards, ensure compliance with state laws, assist in rate studies, and provide agreement compliance evaluations and auditing.– Hauler and facility agreement support:– Cost of services reviews and analyses as may be needed for hauling, processing, or landfilling services (e.g. sector analysis between categories of generators).– Support for management of current agreements.– Billing audit and performance reviews of the hauler.– Support negotiating contract extensions with the hauler or other service providers.– Regulatory compliance support:– Assist with strategic planning to respond to existing and new regulations or requirements.– Strategic planning support:– Support for budget planning relating to waste management activities, including strategic use of dedicated funds to mitigate rate increases.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
