(1) Vendor needs to provide Microsoft 365 backup, recovery and cyber resilience solution.– Identify and select a vendor capable of providing a secure, enterprise‑grade Microsoft 365 backup and cyber‑resilience solution that protects organizational data against accidental deletion, ransomware, malicious or insider threats, and platform failures.– Secure, enterprise–grade Microsoft 365 backup, recovery, and cyber–resilience solution.– Solution will protect approximately 35,200 active users and 2.5 petabytes of data across two Microsoft 365 tenants against accidental deletion, corruption, ransomware, malicious or insider activity, compromised administrative accounts, and platform failure.– Immutable and logically isolated backups, granular through tenant–scale recovery, long–term retention, centralized administration, strong security and privacy controls, and predictable total cost of ownership.– Protect all in–scope Microsoft 365 workloads against accidental deletion, corruption, ransomware, malicious/insider activity, and platform failure.– Provide immutable, tamper–resistant, logically isolated backup copies with strong administrative controls.– Enable granular, workload–level, bulk, and tenant–scale recovery with documented RPO/RTO and restore–throughput performance.– Support long–term retention and economical cold/archive storage for inactive, retained, and high–volume data use cases.– Provide centralized management and reporting across agency in–scope Microsoft 365 tenants with tenant–specific access controls.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2026.(3) Intent to bid due on September 17, 2026.
