(1) Vendor needs to provide speech, education, occupational, physical therapy services to the government authority located in Norfolk, VA.– Schools shall provide educational services to persons with recognized disabilities to ensure the student’s ability to earn credits toward obtaining a standard or advanced diploma.– Schools shall provide instruction to meet the needs of students that reflects an understanding of all applicable academic, vocational, therapeutic, recreational, and socialization practices– Schools shall provide instruction that promotes student growth and academic achievement at successive grade levels as appropriate– Schools shall implement evidence–based practices to improve academic, behavioral, and social outcomes for all students– Schools shall provide opportunities for art and music instruction(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
