Vendor needs to provide enterprise service management deployment and professional services.• Configure development, test, and production environments unless ABMC approves a different structure.• Co–administer the tenant during implementation.• Configure production after approval, including direct production configuration approves that approach.• Configure platform settings, roles, permissions, groups, categories, business hours, notification templates, service level policies, and escalation rules.• Configure incident management, service requests, service catalog, change management, problem management, assignments, routing, and closure workflows.• Migrate approximately 15,000 ManageEngine tickets and related records from 2000 to present, including incidents, service requests, changes, problems, assets, users, attachments, comments, knowledge articles, audit history, closed records, open records, and recent records.• Extract ManageEngine data using approved database access, API access, exports, or vendor support.
