(1) Vendor needs to provide phone line interpreter services. • Provide language interpretation services when the service is called, in real time, not at a later date and time, and no call back services.• Provide a year–to–date summary of call data upon request. • provide interpretation services in the languages include: Afar, Dari, Ga, Hunan, Kabiye, Maay Maay, Akan, Twi, Zomi, Wolof, Tamil, Mina, Pahari etc.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
