Vendor needs to provide managed IT and cybersecurity services to the government authority located in Hallsville, MO.• Initial assessment and transition: inventory the city’s devices, accounts, network, software, vendors, and current support arrangements; identify priorities; document an onboarding and remediation plan.• Managed support: provide a help desk for City staff, remote and onsite assistance, device and network administration, monitoring, patching, account management, and coordination with existing technology vendors. Describe service hours, after–hours response, local onsite capacity, and escalation procedures.• Cybersecurity: assess risks and propose endpoint protection, email security, multifactor authentication, firewall and network management, access controls, security awareness, logging, and incident response. • Backup and continuity: assess and manage backups for applicable endpoints, servers, cloud data, and critical city records; state retention, offsite or immutable protection, restoration testing, recovery objectives, and the city’s ability to access its data if the contract ends.• Public safety support: explain experience supporting police technology and handling sensitive information.• Identify any separate requirements, access restrictions, subcontractors, or additional costs if work involves criminal justice information or systems.• Planning and documentation: provide asset and configuration documentation, regular status reporting, security recommendations, budget planning, and a clear process for authorizing changes or purchases.
