(1) Vendor needs to provide computer aided dispatch system software and implementation services.– Implement a new software systems environment needs related to a computer aided dispatch (CAD) and records management system (RMS) solution, jail management and property and evidence management systems that can be interfaced with or are incorporated as modules within the RMS system.– Improve real–time mapping, AVL, and GIS reliability to enhance dispatcher and officer situational awareness.– Provide high availability and system resilience (cloud–ready, rapid recovery) to support uninterrupted 24/7/365 dispatch operations.– Legacy platform nearing end of life with substantially reduced vendor support and limited enhancements.– System has the ability to have all fields in CAD to be adjustable to make larger or smaller as well as the font and font size.– System has the ability to use GIS data to create the caller location, then the offset used to determine the approximate location should be displayed.– System has the ability to automatically link E9–1–1 data into the computer system via a communications port to a multi–user, multi–tasking workstation or server.– System has the ability to support validation checks based on data received via the E9–1–1 interface.– System has the ability to support time–stamping of call, incident creation, unit dispatch, and arrival at incident location.– System has the ability to alert all the appropriate dispatchers when the call taker sends a call to dispatch.– System has the ability to allow CAD users to select a partially completed event from a CAD event queue and complete the entry process.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.(3) A pre–bid teleconference will be held on September 17, 2026.
