(1) Vendor needs to provide IT managed services to the government authority located in Milton, VT. – IT strategy and governance with hardware lifecycle management. – Help desk services for all Users, 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with additional labor rates for any night and weekend services. – Email security with advanced threat protection and email archiving and encryption for (72) Microsoft 365 accounts.– Microsoft and third–party patch management for (3) windows servers and (50) windows PCs.– Security–focused partner to manage, maintain, and secure our IT infrastructure, minimize downtime, and support our users.– Help desk and end user support.– Infrastructure management.– Cybersecurity and compliance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
