(1) Vendor needs to provide community engagement and qualitative research services to the government authority located in Colorado.1. Project planning and design:– Development or refinement of interview guides, usability tasks, or survey questions– Collaborative scoping with partners to define goals, audiences, and learning objectives2. Community recruitment and coordination:– Recruitment of eligible participants from the group community.– Participant screening and confirmation.– Scheduling, reminders, and session logistics.3. Facilitation and engagement:– Facilitation or hosting of virtual interviews, user testing sessions, or group conversations.– Trauma–informed, community–centered facilitation practices.– Supportive environment that encourages honest, candid feedback.4. Survey administration:– Survey setup and coordination.– Participation tracking and completion monitoring.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
