(1) Vendor needs to provide recyclable materials marketing service. – Provide a Materials Recycling Facility (MRF) capable of processing the agency's program recyclable materials.  – Accept and process the agency's materials on a daily basis.– Sell the materials, using best efforts and practices to maximize the profits.– Provide to the agency a monthly rebate or invoice based on the market value of the materials – Create/conduct periodic reports, analyses and audits and provide those results to the agency.• Recyclable materials include:– Paper: ad circulars, catalogs, cardboard, chipboard (e.g., cereal boxes and paper towel & toilet paper cores), envelopes, file folders, junk mail, magazines, newspaper, note cards, office paper, other high–grade paper, paperback books, paper bags, phone books, aseptic containers (e.g. Beverage cartons).– Plastics: all plastic containers labeled 1–5 and 7 (e.g., soft drink and water bottles, laundry detergent bottles, milk and juice jugs, PVC pipe, pill bottles, egg crates, laundry baskets) and rigid plastics.– Glass: bottles and jars of any color.– Metals: aluminium drink cans.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 18, 2026.
