(1) Vendor needs to provide potential lease, management, operation, maintenance, cruise development, and improvement services to the government authority located in Haines, AK.– Provide lease, management, operation, maintenance, cruise industry marketing, and future improvement.– provide greater operational, financial, infrastructure, cruise–development, and public benefit than the agency current or other available approaches.– Evaluating potential approaches for the future operation, maintenance, cruise development,and improvement of the facility.– A lease, management agreement, operating agreement, concession, public–private partnership, or another structure proposed by a respondent.– Interested in determining whether an outside organization could provide measurable operational, financial, infrastructure, cruise–development, environmental, or community benefits while protecting ownership and the public interest.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
